Dell 2209WA

After looking around for a while, I think I found the perfect 22" monitor for myself.
The Dell 2209WA has an adjustable stand, matte screen, and e-IPS panel for under $300, and its on sale on Dell's site for $220, with free shipping!
Its not full HD, but I won't be using it for movies.
And then I saw the small print: Usually ships in 3-5 weeks. Unfortunately I can't wait that long.
So, then, I have two questions.

Is this monitor really as great a deal as it seems? Getting an IPS panel for less than $300 seems a little odd.
Also, where can I buy this thing that has it in stock? It seems like its not really available anywhere

Well those monitors are in huge demands these days...
They have excellent color reproduction than the TN panels and have a decent response time too...and there is virtually no bleeding...
I have seen in other forums, people buying them even for less as they talk to a Dell representative saying that their friend had got them for a very less price and want a quote for the same...Guess that worked for them...

If I could be sure that it ships fairly soon, I'd get it right now, but I'm moving in 2 months so I can't really risk it being delayed
