- MSI P6N SLI Platinum LGA 775 NVIDIA nForce 650i
- 4gb ddr800
-Geforce 8800 GTS (320mb)

-500w antec psu

With my current setup, whats the best upgrade for me?

4870 or gtx260 will be the best in my opinion, or a 4770 if you are on a budget

Well i decided on a card today and picked up a PNY GTX 260 core 216 898mb..I love it i can turn everything all the way up in my games i play. thanks for the advice.
