Hi everybody;

I have gigabyte 77otud3p mobo and 500gb wd caviar black harddisk.
I want to replace this harddisk with a 500gb wd caviar blue.
Can I use raid 1 or etc to copy all the datas and OS's (win7 win xp and ubuntu 10.10) from the 1st drive to the 2nd drive.
Or should Ive configured my system as raid 1 firstly.

Thanks...

No you CANNOT use RAID1 to copy data!!! When you assign the drives, it will delete all the data.

You have to install the drives on a cpu where the OS is NOT located and simply "Select All" and paste it to a new drive.
