Dear All,

I have downlaoded WindowsXP-KB927891.exe from a link ---http://www.technibble.com/downloads/windows-tools/WindowsXP-KB927891.exe but on the site page it was written that it is for window xp service pack2 . Can it be run on service pack 3 also. if run is there any possibility of system error.

What were you trying to fix ? Have you installed it, or just downloaded it ?

You should probably get the patch from microsoft's site. I don't know if I'd trust other sites. At the very least check the MD5 to make sure it's valid.

I have just downloaded it but when i was reading the page before runing the exe file it showed that it is for windows xp service pack 2.whether it will run and succeed on service pack 3 is still not clear to me.
