just got a new dell inspiron 531s.so i logged in to play war of warcraft,i re-arranged the settings on resolution/ to bare minimum to have best performance, but its still laggin really bad frame rate is only around 10 or so.. do i need a new graphics card? if so what graphic card is compatible with my dell inspiron 531s?

You need to post more specs. What's your GPU, PSU etc. I would not try to play really high end games on a dell. Buy an HP Blackbird for that. You simply need to tell us more here.
