i managed to build my own gaming rig and the specs are:-

i have serous problems with CPU heating issues even nothing is been overclocked except GPUZ..CPU is @ stock settings...
Idle cpu temps are 41 39 42 36 according to core temp and in 100% load temps were 61 61 61 57.... also checked the temps while running prim95 small TFTs still load temps are the same...please help
What heatsink are you using? If that is the stock heatsink, I'd say that's about right. It looks a little close to the point where you would start worrying about it though. If you want to get the temps down any more, I would recommend getting an aftermarket heatsink, if you have not done so already.
Also, SpeedFan isn't terribly accurate at reporting temps. Try using CoreTemp or RealTemp to report temps. I know on my E8400, SpeedFan tends to report my core temps about 5°C higher than it should be.
