Zalman cnps9500 led cpu cooler with AMD FX-60 cpu temps

Hello, I have an AMD FX-60 X2 skt 939 cpu 2.6ghz thats Overclocked to 2.8ghz via an unlocked multiplier of 14 for a freq of 2.8ghz. I keep getting errors on prime95 unless I volt the cpu to 1.4 volts.. When I do this it gets past the prime95 tests but the cpu begins to heat up above 60 degrees celcius).. I replaced an aftermarket AVC HSF w/ 4 heatpipes with a zalmam cnps9500 but the cpu still climbs to 58-59 degrees C under load and 38 degrees at Idle. IS THIS NORMAL? It seems a bit hot to me.. Am I expecting too much from an air cooled HSF?

It is normal for the FX-60 as it is a hot beast!

BTW, other than the HSF, how is the cooling/airflow of the rest of your system?
