Standalone NAS Drive recommendation Tags: NAS / RAID Storage Last response: November 18, 2010 3:30 PM in Storage Share TurinX November 18, 2010 7:25:34 AM Hi, Sorry if this has been asked/answered 1000 times, but I'm looking to pick up a standalone NAS drive. I'm looking for a cheap and cheerful solution. Thinking about a simple 2TB single drive (not hugely worried about data so don't think i'll need to look for two drives to raid). Does anyone have any recommendations? (will be used to stream films etc to my computer and TV) I'm very tempted to go for either of the Buffalo LinkStation Live 2.0Tb (£140 on amazon) Buffalo LinkStation Pro 2.0Tb ( £180 on amazon) Thanks for any help, More about : standalone nas drive recommendation | E-mail me updates | Report abuse Register or log in to remove JackNaylorPE November 18, 2010 3:30:05 PM I'm very happy with the Netgear NV+ I have.
