Radeon 5670 Problem

So I built this a few months back and let my step son use it for playing Halo and I notice sometimes he gets a split screen - half is a solid red color and the other is the bottom half of halo. Does anyone know what is causing this? Is it the graphics card over heating? I do have a fan blowing right on the card. Here are my specs:

First, verify that both end of the video cable, between the PC and monitor, are firmly attached and the retaining screws tightened accordingly. Video issues like you are describing are often the result of a loose connection.

If that doesn't solve the problem, the GPU could be overheating. If OCing, drop it back to default speeds to see if the problem goes away.

Check these and then come back for more. Good luck!
  2. Cables are on good and tight. I checked to make sure that the drivers are up to date.It is not over clocked and there is a side fan blowing on the card. The cards fan is working. I have checked the seating of the card. I have ordered a new larger monitor which is on the way. I asked him and found out it works normally fine expect for this one particular server which he said is (Modded) in some way. Thx for your advice.
