Yes, but unfortunately you would need to find a socket 939 dual core cpu, which are pretty hard to find. You could take your chances with ebay, or try to find a vendor, but most likely you will end up paying a premium for it. If you're looking to upgrade, you may just want to upgrade your whole system. If this is the case, plz post your budget, needs, and any preferences for your new comp.

yes, but you have to make sure the cpu is socket 939.
