Hi, recently got a Gigabyte GK-9pb mouse & keyboard combo. The mouse works fine, no problems whatsoever. However you plug the keyboard into the USB and nothing, not even detected at all by Windows. It also has the standard purple/lime/pink jacks. We've tried this on a laptop, Vista pc and Windows XP pc but nothing at all. Also tried downloading drivers from the Gigabyte site but no luck. Any ideas?

It's defective and you'll have to RMA it.
