B&W Graphics Settings

I installed black & white 2 days ago. I have a gf2mx. So just for kicks I turned up the graphics to the max. Max = 1024x768x32 and all the advanced options checked, it is almost playable, but when I enter the temple, all the reflections and the volumentric lighting, while beautiful, it kills the fly by, I get about 7 fps there. Only during fly-by tho. Now, I disabled volume lighting and reflections, disabled the clouds and disabled shadows everywhere. Is there anything I can disable which really kills my card, while preserving the reflection and lighting maps?
