Okay i have ripped the dvd, and it now comes up as several files when opened, is this normal?

And i was told to just get the blank dvd disc, transfer the folder of video files to the disc and it should play as a normal dvd, correct?

I think it is wrong to transfer the some videos, which rip from a dvd, to a blank dvd disc.

It depends on what you are ripping/burning. I'm assuming you are trying to copy a movie. You need to burn it as a video dvd, not data. What are you trying to copy and what program are you using?
