urgent help needed streaming problem in pocket pc 2002

Hello every one,
I need help i am trying to stream live images from my pc to pocket pc 2002.
but when i am providing the url
mms://netpp(servername):8080/
and when i do enter it givies mer error

"Windows media player cannot ind the file.Verify that your network proxy
settigs are correct and try again".This is wht it is showing me .wht are
the network setings that i should do . I tried out every setting i have
already downloaded WMP plug-in for PIE. but still the error persists .
Can any one help me to sought this problem out.

if i am streaming from pc to pc it is working fine . i have connected my
pocket pc 2002 to my pc through USB.
