Did you change the boot order in the bios to boot from CD first?

Is this a legal version of windows?

Try removing all hard drives except the one you want to install to. During the install procedure you are given a chance to create/delete partitions. Delete all partitions and recreate them, then let the install continue. You can attach the rest of the drives after the installation of windows is complete.
