I do not know if Mini ITX motherboards will install inside Micro ATX cases like the one you mention. The typical idea in Mini ITX is to get a really tiny case for it.

Antec does make this ITX case and maybe others.

Yeh, it fits. It uses the closest 4 holes for support. Mini-ITX is designed as a trimmed-down version of Micro ATX, where the third row and third column of standoffs have been eliminated.
