Is it possible to sync media content from MediaPlayer 10 to my Pocket PC
2003 SE by bluetooth?

I believe the PPC has to be connected physically to sync media player
files, and unlike using ActiveSync, you can't do this over-the-air
(which is a pain)

Sorry for the bad news !

I don't think so, but you can move media files both with a wireless
connection and a bluetooth file service. Of course, any transformations set
up in Media Player for a device (reduce in bitrate, etc) would not happen
that way.
