Well if you've tried everything I guess I can't help ya 
Ensure the following is true:
- The latest video card and audio drivers are installed.
- You are using either the correct adapter or teh card as a native HDMI port
- You have the realtech audio drivers installed for the systems onboard audio AND the onboard is not disabled in the bios.
