A little help would be great here...

Now, on to business. I built a new machine recently and i'm not getting a POST, a Beep, or any Video at all.
I checked this checklist http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/foru [...] _13_0.html, and i've already done all of this.

Specs are as follows:

Mushkin 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 800 (PC2 6400)
Intel Core2 Duo E7500 Wolfdale 2.93GHz LGA 775 65W Dual-Core Processor Model BX80571E7500
Foxconn G31AX-K LGA 775 Intel G31 Motherboard

Keep in mind that i've already returned one motherboard because the power supply connector was bad (had to hold the plug in just to get the machine to power up).

Now this 2nd MoBo isn't POSTing and i'm running out of time here because the 30-Day Return policy from Newegg is almost up. I really only have time to send either the CPU or the MoBo back and I'd like to know which one it is.

Any thoughts?

I'm thinking of taking it into work tomorrow and doing some more troubleshooting there. (I work at a PC Repair Shop).

After some extra testing at work, i determined the mobo was bad. Sent it back and it will make it to Cali just in time.
