My External Hard Drive stopped working!!!

I tried everything to get it back!!!
Please I NEED IT!!! IT has all the
family photos and videos!!!
I used a different cable to connect the
Hard drive to the computer...
I connected the External Hard drive to a
different computer but same thing happens
The hard-drive itself is lighting up and I hear the rotation!
I have windows 7...
