Anyways, this system kept me in my budget , if you see any savings , please let me know, but I believe there is not to much I can skimp on anymore.

Well, you could shave a few bucks off like this

Corsair 550W PSU
$90 ($70 after MIR)

or, if you don't plan on getting a very powerful graphics card in the future,
Corsair 400W PSU

I think your list is great, but you should overclock that CPU for as much as you can:

That will lower temps almost 10C more than the cooler you chose. That's a lot of performance increase for $10.

I would suggest for a few more $$ getting the 640 GB HDD - great performance, just a little more price.

The build looks good.
