^ Explained

Put in your windows installation disc, boot from the disc, and select the repair option, this should delete remaining errors with your OS Reg/Framework and then repair it from that service pace state,

If this fails, you can still read your hdd as and external device and get your data off, and the conduct a windows reload, although this is just a last resort.

If you can boot into safe mode:

COMMAND PROMPT option in Repair Mode.
and "bootsec /fixboot"

If you don't have your windows installation disc you can download the iso file off the Net, and wack it on a disc,

Don't forget to complete a windows update aftwards

I tied the disk to boot up, recovery mode, system recovery and I am locked into a black BIOS prompt and it locks up after it says, "detecting IDE drives"
