Here are my specs:
Asus P6T
Inteli7 920 (OCed to 3.7)
OCZ XMP DDR3 RAM (It's rated for 1600, but I have it at 1491- could this cause problems?)
GTX 275 OCed to 675/1518/1222.
Western Digital Caviar Black 1tb drive

Here are my scores:
3DMark Score-13603
GPU Score-11989
CPU score-22817
These are all on performance settings. I looked at TH's CPU scores, and they're in the 40,000's. Did I do something wrong?
Thanks for any help.

I'm using Windows 7 64bit as my OS.

You are comparing two different types of scores. You ran Vantage, TH scores are 3DMark06.
