How to overclock my sis internal graphics card and amd athlon 64 3000+

Hello,i'm new to overclocking and i wonder if it is possible to overclock my sis internal graphics card...[sorry for the huge questionhttp://img.tomshardware.com/forum/uk/icones/smile.gif:) ]
SOME BACKGROUND INFO:
i downloaded setfsb for 755-A(2)ultra version and changed the value a bit(3-4,dont remember) and clicked set FSB,my screen froze and i had to restart(actually,restart didnt work,i had to switch it off and turn it back on again),everything worked fine.Now my original values are changed and i didnt note them down.
QUESTION:
Can i safely overclock my card even more?here is my computer's specs:
SPECIFICATIONS:
P.s:1)my graphics card is actually a SIS 760 but i've installed a mirage driver,so it shows sis mirage graphics.
2)my current values in setFSB are:
