the 980a chipset is the chipset that was supposed to bring that, but the only board i found that utilises it is ddr2, cut i dont see a real need to impliment ddr3 yet the only noticeable perf increases occur in synthetic benches

I can't see why really, why AMD Chipsets can't support SLI technology... Is it AMD that won't make their chipsets support SLI or is it nVIDIA that won't allow AMD to use SLI
