I had some slight fps issues with my new set up and I came too the conclusion that my PSU is lacking (500w thermaltake). So I'm planning on upgraded to a tx 750w corsair and do some overclocking cuz ive just kept everything at stock.

I have a scythe 3k or something for my cpu heatsink and about 3 case fans.
CPU and GPU run at about 33c on normal load.

Is there any reported general stable overclocking for these 2 items or do you have any tips before I get my new PSU?

Hi dizmang2 and welcome to Tom's forum.

The 500W PSU can handle the CPU and GPU overclock.

Regarding the settings, you need do it your self since even with the same components the settings can't works for your.

List all the specifications of your rig.
