Foxconn FlamingBlade GTI LGA 1366

I just received this board friday along with all the other parts I ordered off newegg...however after putting it all together the computer often doesnt make it to the motherboard logo screen and then shuts down or restarts....I have managed to make it to the BIOS twice so I could set the 1st boot device as the DVD so I could load windows....it has made it past the motherboard logo screen about 10 times but says verifying DMI Pool Data then it says failed and powers off or restarts...I put in my Hard Drive from another computer and it actually started loading windows then it shut down....I assume this motherboard is dead....the only thing I think I could have done wrong is when u plug in the power SW and reset SW plugs from the front into the motherboad...could this b causing the issue or is my board bad...I have also tried another powersupply and I get the same result...I put the new power supply in another computer and it worked fine
