Confused with these numbers?

So here's the deal. I've been running prime95 for the past hour and then I introduced some IntelBurnTest into the picture to see what the overclock is like, and so far... NO interruptions at all. HOWEVER -- one thing I am wondering about is why my cpu-id is registering the CPU clock speed at 3.61 GHz while the system is reading it at 4.33GHz. I went to run some system requirements tests and it was rated at 4.33GHz as well. Confused?
