worth exchaning for any of these options?

I use this machine for mainly gaming/forums/music/pics and burning. Some photoshoop here and there as well. Was seriously considering the muskin 6-7-6-18 $195.

^ Actually you would have to set those rated timings in the BIOS...Read the comments and reviews of the users who have bought that memory...

And IMO there wont be any significant real-world performance difference between a CAS 6 and CAS 7 RAM...
