Boot System Stuck at "PS2 Keyboard not found"

I just got a new hard drive and graphics card and installed them into the tower. However, now when I go to load Vista 32bit onto the HD, the boot sequence it stops at "PS2 Keyboard not found". I've tried plugging a PS2 Keyboard in and it doesn't recognize it. The USB keyboard can be used in the BIOS but shuts off during the Boot Sequence (just like the mouse). I've recently had a Full Hardware diognostic done and the Bad HD was the only thing that came up (hence the replacement). I'm stuck on this, PLEASE HELP!!

try entering BIOS and choosing "no errors" replacing "no errors but keyboard"

I switched the Keyboard Error to Disabled, is this what you're talking about?
