Hey all,
So I have a Phenom II X3 processor on an Asus M4A78-EM MB. I am trying to find a CPU fan/heatsink that will keep the temps down as I start my overclocking adventures. Unfortunately I don't know which is the right socket type to be looking at. Anyone mind tossing me a bone, oh and space is a concern since I have a micro tower. So any help woul dbe greatly appreciated.

Case:
Antec Mini P180 Black Steel MicroATX

Scythe MUGEN-2 SCMG-2000 120mm Sleeve

I'd go with the Scythe Mugen II, it cools great. I've read bad reviews on the CNPS9900, and i never really liked those Zalman CPU coolers.

i am using Tt V2. my CPU is core 2 quad 6700 slightly overclocked @ 333MHz*10.
the room temp is above 30℃, the temp of cpu is 41℃ according to EVEREST Ultimate Edition. personally i think Tt V2 is very good.
By the way, i am a student living in the PRC(the People's Republic of China).i hope Tt V2 is available in your district.

LGA775 ,LGA1366, AM2, AM2+ and AM3 CPUs are all supported by Tt V2
