Slow computer&hangs up

For it running slow I would say, complete a defrag, update to Sp3, make sure you have internet protection, and run a memtest too

Delete temp files. Disable (not uninstall) unnecessary programs in the start folder. Download and run 'ccleaner'

Yes, agree! CC cleaner is pretty good...Download and run it!

Also, you can do a scan with Malwarebytes, and check all your startup and services that are working from Start>Run and type msconfig . Uncheck what you don't need and what it isn't vital....
