Does Direct TV offer Starz and Encore HD?

On the Starz site they have two HD channels, but I do not see it on
DirectTV's site. I am getting DTV installed on Tuesday, and would like the
Starz pack, especially if they offer HD. Anyone know if they do?

I read somewhere that DirectTV has a new service (satellite?) going on-line
and it will have 250 HD channels - I may not have the numbers straight, but
maybe they'll add more when this starts...
