Can someone let me know what if HD3200 RS780M is a 256MB or a 512Mb. I'm not very familiar with graphic card models.

The 3200 is an integrated GPU I believe, so the amount of ram installed varies (though probably isn't much, most is probably shared system ram).

Download GPU-Z and it will tell you the amount of video ram you have (the real dedicated (at least) I believe).

It's neither (or both).

The HD3200 is an integrated chipset on the 780G northbridge on the motherboard. How much memory is has dedicated to it is dependent on the motherboard manufacturer. What you set in BIOS determines how much memory is borrowed from your systems RAM for graphics; up to 512 MB.
