VID vs stepping in power problem

Q6600 G0 VID 1,325 and Q6600 B3 VID 1,2875 which one consume more power?
G0 has TDP lower than B3 but it VID is higher(assume that both are run at default)

My guess is that on stock clocks, the B3 would consume less power. The G0 may undervolt fairly nicely though if you want to save power.
