Another what card is better for me thread :-(

ive been searching this site and google all night although ive found hundreds of questions similar to mine, none are really helpful..
anyways i currently have 2 XFX Geforce 8600gt in SLI and i want just abit more power i found a good deal on getting two XFX Geforce 9600GSO can someone guide me? specs:

SLI XFX Geforce 9600GSO GDDR2 768mb 1000mhz mem clock

OR

SLI XFX Geforce 8600GT GDDR3 256mb 800 mhz mem clock, 620 mhz core clock

abit about my rig

Core 2 quad Q6700 2.66GHZ
4GB OCZ platinum DDR2 PC6400 RAM
ASUS P5N-E SLI
ACER Ferrari F20 20" monitor

should i stick with the SLI DDR3 256mb 8600GTs or go for the SLI DDR2 9600GSO 768mb

mostly going to be use for gaming, thanks alot guys

And how much are you getting the 9600GSO for??

thanks for the replies but i ended up buying 2 BFG 8800GTS 640mb GDDR3s for 200$ for both, not the best cards but itll hopefully well outperforme my current 2 xfx 8600gt in SLI
