MSI K9A2 platinum wont boot

hi there i have a problem with my mobo on the board i have 2 led's a green, orange and a white led. there are also no beeps when i plug the power cable into the 24 pin everything turns on fans spin, video card works except no picture but when i connect the 4 pin cpu power the system turns on for a split second then turns off please help.

[No Self Control]

Disable the spread spectrum in your bios. I have almost the exact same as you and had the same problem. If this solution does not work for you there are a few other things you can do to remedy this problem but this is most likely the culprit.
