I will ask in which way i get the best performance; 6gb ram 800mhz or 4gb (2x2) dual rams with 1066mhz? mostly in games.

You are going to want the 1066 MHz ram, hands down. If you really need the 6gb of memory (maybe for special software like CAD that will use it up) then use that, but if you want speed and performance for gaming use the ram with higher Mhz.

KINGSTON 4GB (2x2) KIT 1066MHz DDR2 HyperX best for you ...

yeach for Gaming need more Size memory.. better!

Hi dassan and welcome to Tom's forum.

You won't see any difference between 800MHz and 1066MHz, so, I think that best option is 800MHz 2x2GB with CL4.

Hey i got KINGSTON 4GB (2x2) KIT 1066MHz DDR2 HyperX ram and it was setup on 800 mhz auto at bios so i made it 1066 mhz. everything was ok but when i tried to enter a game it gave me blue screen like this
BCCode: d1
BCP1: 000000000000000A
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF88000FDA997
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 256_1

Well my motherboard can work with 1066 mhz GIGABYTE - Motherboard - Socket AM2+ - GA-M720-US3... But i have 300 watt psu and i use radeon HD4850 graphics card... it was ok till i make rams 1066mhz so problem is my psu is low? Well even behind graphics card it was saying minimum requirements is 450watt power etc but it was working so i didnt change it :p . SO now i made rams 1066 mhz and i get blue screen :( . Problem is cus of psu is low or something else :/ ?

The problem isn't the PSU, you RAM isn't stable at 1066MHz with the settings on "Auto"
