Overclocking 630 Having Issues

So first ill put down my system specs

Asus M4A78T-E Motherboard
AMD 630 Quad Core Propus
1 TB Seagate Barracuda HDD
4Gbs of G Skill DDR3 - 1333 (F3-10600CL8D-4GBHK02
2 Radeon 4670s Crossfired
850 PSU

Ok so heres whats happening. I increased my FSB up to 250 x 14(multiplyer) for 3.5 ghz. My Ram is set 1333 in bios and is showing 666.7 in CPU-Z which i believe is correct. I am currently on the computer with these settings typing this, but everytime start Prime 95 i get and Instant BSOD. I have tried changing many settings in my bios havent messed with Vcore voltage much i increased Vcore voltage up one increment from the stock 1.4v after a few failed attempts. In bios i have tried many things such as disabling the Asus unleashed mode which i believe is makeing me run on three cores.I have also heard disabling spread spectrum can help not really sure about its function. At this point I'm stumped and hopefully someone has had some experience with a similiar setup. I dont believe its a temp problem seeing as my Cpu is currently at 32c and mobo at 35c. PLease Help

  1. I will try to post some pictures of CPU-Z when i get off work today. Plz Overclocking gods lend me your advice
  2. - first test your ram use Software memtes86+ ... maybe have error

    FSB 250*14= 350 Ghz.... and RAM 667 become 833 in CPU-Z right ?
3.5Ghz under default Vcore is right maybe your RAM need increase Voltage.. 1.602

for temporarry use Intelburn test set 20 just 15minute finished (http://downloads.guru3d.com/IntelBurnTest-v2.3-download-2047.html ) .... if stable try use prime95 like u want!
