I didn't know there was a 545be, AMD does make a Phenom II x2 550 Black Edition.
I have the GigaByte GA-MA785GM-US2H and am quite happy with it, with the 550.
Of course, not knowing what you plan to use computer for makes it impossible to recommend anything.
Go to the Asus or Gigabyte sites. Then choose the processor/socket you're planning on and review the various boards they offer. Compare what features those boards have and what appeals to you. Narrow it down to a couple of boards, then do the same with the other site.
Then go to a major reseller site, like NewEgg, and look up those boards to get prices. And look at the other board mfgs to see what they have similar to the others.
There are these AMD chipsets 770, 780G, 785G, 790GX, 790FX, 790X.
I would go with 790FX for gaming. Might be over your budget, in which case a 780G will be good.
