My satellite box only has the old RCA jacks (red, white, and yellow ports) and I'm looking to get a tuner card for recording TV off of it. I do have a cable that goes from composite to S-video so I can buy a card that has S-video in.

I am looking a good tuner card. I had an AVERMEDIA PCI-x card that came with my Gateway but the video quality was degraded quite a bit when recording TV or even just watching live TV. And yes, all my recording settings were set to high.
I am looking for something that will display quality as close as possible. Please recommend one whether it's PCI, PCI-x, PCI-E, or USB.
I am using Vista Premium 64
ASUS M3A78-EM w/ 8 gig of ram
