can i run with full speed filling all 4 ram slots(1gb,512mb,256mb,256mb). is it reduces the speed of ram? motherboard is msi 7191 rs482m4, cpu- amdathlone 3500+ FSB 1000mhz, and all memory are ddr1 pc3200(400mhz)

It will reduce the throughput speed of your system because the unmatched RAM won't work as dual-channel.

If you only put in the 256 pair, it would run as dual-channel.

However, the system will run much faster overall with the 2GBs of RAM than it would with 512MBs.

I'd put them all in if they work.

Your computer comes in two versions, RS482M4-CSIP & RS482M4-FD/ ILD/ IL/ L -- when posting, good to say which it is.

my mb is RS482M4-L, also i talking about memory speed ie , is it change from 400mhz to 333mhz.( not dual channel)
