Virtual private network with a webcam

Hi everbody, I hope this isn't a dum question.
I have a band and would like to make a "virtual private network with a webcam" so we can see each other at the same time. guitar, Lead guitar,drummer. ect, ect.

sometimes we can't all get together and practice because some of us have to work.

we can but not as much as we want to and sometimes family and kids really can get in the way.

maybe we can record this if it works.
