P8p67 and thermaltake frio

I was wondering if anyone knew if the ThermalTake Frio cpu cooler would fit the P8P67 Deluxe? I know the socket works out, but the on board heatsinks might be a problem. I know it will go over at least two (likely three of them) but I don't know if it would be "high enough" at that "distance out" from the center.

Below is an image showing the ram slots(pixel resized to match the estimated size of the cooler, assuming ddr3 ram is 13cm) overlayed as a best guess to the size.

It shouldn't be an issue if the Frio has any height associated to the heat pipes.the main bulk should hover over those heatsinks on the mainboard.

It does have some height, though I can't guarantee how much , thanks for the reply, and I guess we shall see.
