Radeon 9600 download help

Hello i downloaded Radeon 9600 from a random site and when i run the setup, this came up.

im on windows xp. if you have any suggestions on where i should find the right hardware or software pls tell me i cant go buying stuff so i need something free ( please please help!

What graphic card do you have? Where from did you download the setup files? For what graphic card?

oh umm. well my game had weird lines and shapes and all, so i went to download some graphic thingy. and i dont think i have any graphic cards or stuff like that. i downloaded radeon 9600 at nodevice.com..

um, would you know where i could find the components that can be installed on my current hardware or software configuration as it said on the picture? and it said i should make sure i have the correct hardware or software. did it mean like windows xp stuff like that?
