I gotta a problem, a friend's got a Fujitsu Deskpower model FMV-LX50M, with a Gigabyte Motherboard GA-8I915PK3 from japan, now I'd to reinstall Windows XP and can't find the drivers, can you help me?

Are you sure you checked through the Gigabyte website? In any case, you should be able to install Windows XP without the mobo drivers.

You won't have a lan connection without the xp driver for your motherboard. With the lan connected, windows can search for device drivers online. If you can't find the driver cd for your motherboard, get a separate lan card with driver and get online to update the rest of your system. Pci lan cards are about $7. I've found them at Fry's for $2 sometimes.
