I need to overclock my HD5670RADEON

Iam using win 7 and i keep on getting Driver failure error (drivers stopped responding and was revcovered by iteself I lowered the clock from 775mhz which is default to 400mhz. now the error seems to be not appearing but my win7 assesment score dropped to 6.7.Isnt there anything else which I can do to fix it and this does not happens on Vista though.Cant i find some updates or something ?

What temps are you running with that card?
I would try to do a clean install of the latest drivers. Wipe every trace of the old driver and do a clean install. Latest drivers> from manufacturer's website. If the card has a generic layout (basically a generic card with some proprietary logo's slapped on it), generic drivers might work, as well, and they are updated more often than proprietary drivers.
