Hi, I have HP compaq nx9020 with broken USBs. When I try to install Windows XP Home, installation stops when installing hardware I thing. Is it possible remove USB support from Windows XP CD or exist some setup commands to disable it? Thanks for answers... (sorry for my english)

did u try checking all the wires, and check the CD Drive, Make sure it reads CDs, a friend of mines computer that happened to and you needed to replace the CD Burner with a new one IDE and then reinstall XP and reload the USB Drivers (Assuming its a Desktop)
