Dead. Replaced the power supply, motherboard, upgraded ram from 256 to 4 gig, disconnected the power to the HD and CD drives. Still no change. I have not replaced the micro. Is there anything else I can check?

What do you mean by dead? It won't turn on when you press the power button? You can turn it on but nothing happens? If it's the latter, check the CPU.
