Changed The ProgramFilesDir, to D now i cant Open almost everything

Okay i Changed the Default ProgramFilesDir to D which was C actually, Now i Open Firefox it points to D/Program Files/Mozilla Firefox which isnt in that partition, And whenever i click any picture on my desktop , it cant Find the Windows Picture Viewer in D and im not sure how to put everything back to default

Did u plug in new drive? Does the drive still have original letter D?

Did u restore back up? How did u changed directory?
